'Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat'. In other words, planning without action is futile, action without planning is fatal.
Many people in the west believe that this quote is made famous by the great Chinese general Sun Tzu å«å. However, when I did a search on the web, there were a number of discussions that this quote is not by Sun Tzu. Neither could I find this quote on the Chinese version of the Art of War å«å兵法.
